GRADING CRITERIA:

Minimum passing marks shall be 40 % in each subject but the aggregate shall be 45%. Students securing less than 45% in aggregate shall be declared failed.

DIVISION

  • Students securing 60% (840 Marks) or more in aggregate shall be placed in the 1st Division.
  • More than 45% (630 Marks) but less than 60% (840 Marks) in aggregate shall be placed in the 2nd Division.
  • The degree will not be awarded below 45% (630 Marks) by the University of Karachi
